If you are the owner of a Filespace and need to reset the password of your web portal account, you can do so by clicking "Forgot password" on the web portal login page.
It is important to know that the web portal user and password are not connected to your filespace user and password. This means if you reset the password in the web portal, it will not be reset on the filespace.
Forgotten Standard user password
In order to reset your password, you need to contact your Filespace Administrator.
LucidLink has no knowledge of the identity of the Filespace Administrator, so you should reach out for further information within your organization.
Forgotten root user password
Due to the robust security mechanism enforced by LucidLink, there is no password recovery option for the root user. LucidLink cannot recover or reset a root user password.
