Manage permissions for specific folders or the whole filespace

Grant access to a folder or the whole filespace

If you’d like to grant access to a specific folder, ensure that “Folders” is selected in the upper-most tab. Click on “Grant access,” which will take you to the following screen:

On this screen, you can browse through the folders in your filespace and grant access to a specific folder or the entire filespace.

Once you’ve identified a particular folder, hover over it and click “Grant access” to proceed to the next step. Here, you’ll see a list of all groups and members who currently have access. You can modify existing permissions or add new members and groups using the dropdown menu.

Next, let’s add one group and one member in the dropdown.

Finally, choose the access type—view or edit. Once you confirm the changes, the list of permissions will update accordingly.

You can repeat this action as many times as needed.

Change or remove existing permissions 

To promote or demote access levels for specific permissions, follow these steps:

First, click on an existing permission in the main “Access and Permissions” page. This opens the details page, where you can view all groups and members with access to this folder.
