Windows LucidFS driver update (lucidfs3):

• The new driver contains a number of fixes outlined below. The existing driver 'lucidfs2' is removed.

Bug fixes:

• [Windows] Sometimes, deleting folders with lots of files did not delete all of the files.
• [Windows] Intensive writing operations might result in system memory exhaustion.
• [Windows] Rarely, a corruption could happen when using byte-range locking after extending a file.
• [Windows] The File Explorer favorites link was using a generic folder icon instead of the LucidLink icon.
• Fixed an issue with the auto-focus when creating a group.
• Small updates in the CLI manual to promote consistency.
