Hi team,
We’re moving our LucidLink filespace to the new platform. When the upgrade begins, you will be logged out automatically. You may log back in, but while the upgrade runs, the drive will be read-only.
Maintenance window

What to expect
- If you log back in during the scheduled upgrade window, you can still open and download files, but you won’t be able to save changes or add new items.
- Unsaved edits made after the start time will be lost.
- Your local cache will start empty on the new LucidLink. Any cached or pinned data in Classic will need to be re-pinned.
- You may want to drop your LucidLink Classic cache size down to the minimum size after the upgrade to clear out space on your disk.
- Local settings such as bandwidth limits or cache size will need to be re-set.
After the window ends you’ll need the new LucidLink desktop app to reconnect. Get it here. You can also watch this video if you'd like to learn more.
Before the window begins
- Finish uploads and save your work.
- Disconnect from the filespace on every device.
