Windows Improvements

Faster reads from local cache

• We've updated the Windows LucidFS driver with major performance improvements for reads served from your local cache. Applications that read files in small chunks are expected to see the biggest benefit, with read speeds up to 6× faster than before in some workflows.
• The actual gain depends on read size and your local storage speed. In synthetic benchmarks, 4 KB reads can reach up to 3 GB/s, compared to around 100 MB/s previously.

LucidFS driver update

• A device reboot is required after installing this update for the new driver to take effect.

Bug Fixes

Upgrade Tool: Internal fixes and stability improvements to resolve potential filespace upgrade failures.
