Build 3.7.8584
New features
Collaborator Service Accounts, Beta
We are introducing Collaborator Service Accounts (CSAs) in beta, letting you automate access to specific LucidLink folders and filespaces without handing out full administrator credentials.
Important Notes:
- Service Account creation is available on all plans, including Trial.
- There is no UI for creating or managing Collaborator Service Accounts in this beta, the workflow is via the LucidLink API.
Single Sign-On for Support Requests (Zendesk)
You can now log in to LucidLink's support portal (Zendesk) using your existing LucidLink account, no separate Zendesk account or credentials to create or maintain.
LucidLink now acts as the identity provider for Zendesk, so submitting a support request signs you in automatically.
- Clicking "Submit support request" from the Feedback and Support menu now signs you into the support portal with your LucidLink account, no separate registration required.
- You can immediately track the status of your current and previously submitted support requests without a separate login.
