Guest Links

We are introducing a new external sharing model that will replace the existing guest link capabilities. The new Guest links now include management capabilities, letting you review every active link in one place, set expiration dates, and share individual files in both the web client and the desktop app.

What’s new?

• Guest Link Management Dashboard - Each filespace has a sortable, searchable table of its guest links showing the name, path, creator, and expiration. Select a link to manage its guests, name, and expiration, or delete it to revoke access immediately.
• Guest Link Expiration - Set an expiration date and time when you create a link, or change it later, using your local time zone. Available on Business and Enterprise plans.
• Single File Sharing - Guest links can now be created on an individual file, not only on a folder.

Decline workspace invitations

Pending members can now decline workspace invitations from the Web and Desktop clients — open the pending workspace's menu and choose Decline invite. The invitation is removed and the admin can re-invite the same user again. Memberships managed by the organization's identity provider cannot be declined.
