Okta

You can do that by going to the Okta user profile (not the application user profile), click to edit and select the lucidLinkData attribute and then select "Inherit from Okta" in the Master priority dropdown.

Azure

Resource does not exist or one of its queried reference-property objects are not present.

 

Make sure you copy the Object ID from  the "Enterprise Application" section (not the Object ID from the "App Integrations" section, as they are different).
