Announcement

LucidLink is growing and our products continue to improve. In order to provide best-in-class support and resources to our customers, our team had identified that we needed to improve our support technologies and systems.

The LucidLink Support Team is excited to announce we have begun the upgrade to our support ecosystem. This includes a migration of our support ticket platform, our support chat, and our knowledge base.

We are making these changes as seamlessly as possible for our customers, but you may observe a few differences over the next few weeks.

Our internal tools are changing, but you will see some changes too. Particularly with our new and improved Support website. The website will always be found at support.lucidlink.com but may look and feel different. You will always be able to email a ticket at support+ticket@lucidlink.com

On the support site you will be able to create and manage support tickets, chat live with a support rep, search for support articles, learn quickly with video tutorials, keep up to date with product announcements, or join our growing LucidLink Slack community.

We value you as a customer and partner, and sincerely appreciate your patience with us as we transition to better technologies that better service you and other customers for years to come.

Please do not hesitate to create a support ticket with questions or if you have concerns.

Changes you may observe are listed below.

Once logged in you will be able to see the tickets opened by you and others in your organization. You can view these tickets under “My Activities.”

Note: Historic tickets from our previous ticketing system may be pending migration. We apologize for any inconvenience if a ticket you expect to find is not available. If you require information or assistance please create a support ticket.

Old Bookmarked URLs Fail

We are sorry that a link you may click or have bookmarked is under construction at this time. We are working to resolve this. In the meantime please find the correct page you seek at this page.
